Slides Offered

Silica Sound produces 3 different sizes of slides. 

MSRP for any size slide is $20.00

Note: Due to each piece being hand-made, the TAPER thickness varies on each piece... Some are thicker and some are thinner. This variance also gives you the slide player the choice to find the perfect fitting slide.

1) "Shorty" Size:

Outside diameter:    26mm ( ~ 1.0")

Wall Thickness:   2.8 mm 

Length:  Approx 2"  

Good for pinky slide, as well as a high riding slide on other fingers      

2) "Regular" Size:

Outside Diameter:   26mm ( ~ 1.0")

Wall Thickness:   2.8 mm 

Length:  Approx 2.5" 

Good for all slide fingers- may be too long to be used as a pinky slide for some                     

3) "Large" Size:   (Available in limited quantities)

Outside Diameter:   28mm ( ~ 1.1")

Wall Thickness:   2.8mm  

Length:   Approx 2.5"

Similar to the "Regular" size, but the diameter is a little wider.
                  

Dealers Please Note: 

A "Complete Set" of slides would fill up the 8-pegged wooden stand. A typical mixture of slide sizes are as follows:                                             2 Large, 3 Regular, 3 Short
