Returns/Exchanges are super easy.
For online orders, please make sure you have properly determined your slide sizing. This will avoid exchanges due to sizing issues (we know we have a lot of options!), saving both of us $$$.
For online orders, if you need to exchange your slide because of sizing issues, we ask that you get the slide back to us. This will also help us determine where the fit isn't right. Use any shipping method you want. We will ship it back to you via USPS Priority Mail. If you need our shipping address, please email us at: email@example.com
If you are unsatisfied with the slide, please let us know why and we will send you a shipping label to return it to us. We will reimburse you once we receive the slide(s).
In the rare case that your slide has a defect, take a pic or 2 and email them to us with a short description of the problem. If we determine the slide is defective, we will send a replacement free of charge.
